The proximity of the trail destinations, combined with the variety of terrain, makes the High Country a truly special destination for mountain biking. From beginner mountain biker to elite athlete, cross country through to downhill and everything in between: everyone can find what they are looking for.

1. INDIGO EPIC TRAIL
It's EPIC and it links Beechworth with Yackandandah. The Indigo Epic Trail is a 56km All Mountain single track mountain biking trail connecting the historic towns of Beechworth and Yackandandah.
Built to an intermediate blue rating, this incredible mountain bike trail offers something for everyone, packed full of features and running through some of the most spectacular scenery in Victoria’s High Country. Better yet, it’s open year-round meaning you can plan your trip to Beechworth or Yackandandah whenever you like.
2. BRIGHT

9. LAKE MOUNTAIN
Home to over 40km of singletrack. Most trails start and finish from the resort and in addition to the marked trails there are over 20km of cross country ski trails ideal for beginners and families. Cascades Trail starts from Lake Mountain and finishes 29km later in Marysville, an awesome adventure for thrill seekers.
10. BUXTON
Buxton Mountain Bike Park is situated within the Black Range State forest, approximately 100 km north east of Melbourne. There is around 23 km of purpose built mountain bike single track in the park that can be ridden in a number of different length loops.
RIDE FINDER
